We have suspended Embody from every price table, ranking, comparison and calculator on this site. As of 5 August 2026 its public Trustpilot profile showed 23% one-star reviews against 58% five-star, and the recent one-star reviews describe a consistent pattern rather than isolated dissatisfaction.
The recurring account is: payment taken with no medication shipped, orders absent from the patient portal, telephone hold times of two to five hours with call-backs not returned, portal records disappearing after a consultation, and refunds requested but not received. The company is responding publicly to some reviews and says it is investigating.
We have not verified any individual account and we make no claim that the business is fraudulent. What we will not do is rank a programme first on price while its patients report not receiving the medicine.
This matters clinically, not only commercially. An interrupted supply means missed doses, missed doses mean re-titration, and the withdrawal evidence shows weight returns. A programme that cannot be reached is a treatment risk.
Embody held the cheapest tracked price when this happened, which is exactly why the suspension is stated here and on its page rather than handled by quietly deleting the entry.
